Built around the Leadership Foundations Programme: nine practical modules covering leadership responsibility, communication, motivation, planning, time management, delegation, team working and more. Each person gets a reading list chosen for what they need.

SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) daily management, set up so the board is used by the people who run the line, not just displayed. Clear KPIs, short daily meetings and actions that get closed.
3. Problems solved properly.
Hands-on training and live coaching in 8D problem solving, 5S, root cause analysis and process mapping. Your people learn the method by using it on a problem that matters to you now.
4. Standards that stick.
Audits and floor-level improvement work that turn good intentions into habits. Handover, changeover, traceability and workflow gaps found, mapped and fixed with the people doing the job.

Yes. The first video consultation has no charge, so Steve can understand your operation and what you need before anything is agreed.
Can the work be done remotely?
Yes - most of the work is now done by video call: consultations, mentoring, problem-solving coaching and reviews. Factory visits can be arranged where they add value.
