Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for travel?
Most work is done by video call, so there is usually no travel to pay for. Where a factory visit adds value, travel is agreed up front. The first video consultation has no charge.
Do you work with companies outside the UK?
Yes. Steven has worked with clients in France, Spain, Holland, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Australia and the United States, and much of the work - mentoring, coaching and the Leadership Programme - can be delivered by video call.
