Leadership Mentoring Programme
Leadership Foundations Programme
Nine practical modules for newly promoted supervisors and managers - delivered one-to-one by video call over 3-4 months, wherever you are.
The promotion happens. The training doesn't.
A support gap, not a hiring mistake
Most newly promoted managers in manufacturing get the title, the responsibility, and very little else. Six months later, they're still doing the job they were promoted out of. Their team isn't developing. And you're spending more time managing the manager than you expected.
The outcome of the programme: a manager who owns decisions, delegates properly, and leads with enough confidence that their team follows willingly.

About the programme
John Adair's Action Centred Leadership
This nine-module programme develops practical leadership capability for supervisors and managers working in manufacturing environments. Each module is grounded in John Adair's Action Centred Leadership model, which identifies three interlocking areas of leadership responsibility: Task, Team, and Individual. The programme combines structured learning with a personalised reading plan, giving each participant the knowledge and tools to lead with confidence.
- Task - Defining and achieving the goal
- Team - Building and sustaining the group
- Individual - Developing and supporting each person
Effective leadership means managing three overlapping areas simultaneously. Strong leaders attend to all three. This programme develops capability across each area, with every module mapped to the circle it primarily develops.
